My life has been blessed … blessed with understanding parents, a loving wife, Laura; three wonderful sons (Shane, Darragh and Cian), good brothers, Gerard (RIP) and Liam; and close friends. The Brook is a street of 14 houses situated at the bottom of Ardnaree. Looking down from Lyons’ Corner - the wall at Murray’s gave it that closed, close-net feeling (more on that anon). Our playground was, amongst others - the famous River Moy’s Ridge Pool - Europe’s richest salmon fishing river.
